● Hotels mentioned here under Hotel Details section of package description are totally subject to availability /seasons. Team Dwarkasomnathpackage.com will keep those hotels only on first priority while confirming hotels for the booked packages but at the same time we reserve the rights to change hotels into the same category hotels in a case of non availability for the given dates in that hotels. The same case may also be applied if the hotel has got any maintenance / operational issues for the date of check ins.
● As soon you make your booking on the portal , our team coordinates with the mentioned hotels and discuss regarding availability for the given dates and for the required accommodation type. Post confirmation from the hotels, we send you final confirmed hotel voucher mentioning the check in / check out dates , hotel names and addresss.
● Travelers are requested to carry the print of hotel voucher along with their photo identity ( Indian Nationals ) only at the time of starting the trip. Photo identity and voucher must be presented to the hotel staffs at the time of check in.
● Hotel’s check in and check out timings are totally subject to hotel’s policies and for any such request will be directly made to the hotel by the guest.

● If customer wants any change in the suggested vehicle in the package they are going to book, they can contact to our customer support ( Live chat , on call or email ) and get it changed however it will be subject to availability and price increase/ decrease that would be updated.

TRAVEL CONDITIONS :-
● The finalized itinerary would be the final itinerary to be followed during the tour and customer has to strictly follow the tour program which he /she/they finalized before confirmation of the booking.
● If the client or their group/family do not arrive at the pickup time at the given date/time or unable to reach the place due to any reason whatsoever loss of baggage /travel documents/ sickness/injury /Train/Flight cancellation etc, it will be treated as “ NO SHOW “ and 100% cancellation charges will be taken hence nothing will be refunded.
● We request clients to follow the rules associated with entry and visit of temples, lakes , monuments, national parks , museums , hills.
● We also request clients for keeping all required documents like Photo Identity approved by the government , School /Birth certificate of children for confirmation of the ages, hotel voucher given by us, entry tickets if any .
